Training on Women in Public Leadership and Strategic Governance

Across Africa, the Middle East, and global governance systems, women are increasingly taking leadership roles in government, public administration, diplomacy, public policy, development institutions, and local governance. Despite significant progress, women in public leadership continue to face structural barriers, underrepresentation in decision-making spaces, limited access to leadership networks, gender bias, political challenges, and institutional environments that often limit leadership advancement and influence.

This course provides practical and strategic training designed to strengthen women’s leadership effectiveness in public institutions.
